Pumpkin Pasta 101

Class Description: Come learn how to make homemade pumpkin pasta noodles! In this hands-on demonstration, we'll walk through the simple process of making pasta dough, rolling and cutting the noodles, and preparing them for cooking. We'll talk about a few helpful tips for making homemade pasta at home and finish with a tasting so everyone can enjoy the delicious results of this fall-inspired recipe. No experience needed!

Brandy is a wife and mother of four who enjoys the simple things in life, from gardening and canning to cooking from scratch with fresh-milled flour. She has a passion for traditional homemaking skills and finding ways to bring a little more homegrown, homemade goodness into everyday life. She loves learning new things and sharing her passion for preserving and making food from scratch and with others.
