Local veggies needed: Bok Choy or Napa Cabbage, Peppers, Scallions, Carrots, Mushrooms
Serve w : Buckwheat / Soba Noodles

Day 3: Entree Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette
Local veggies needed: Swiss Chard/kale/salad mix , Cucumbers, Carrots, Beets, Radish, Mushrooms, Edible Flowers
Serve w : Goat Cheese (Gretta's Goats) and/or fruit, and/or garbanzo beans

Day 4: Tuscan Summer Squash Bake

Day 6: Baked Ham Dinner with Collard Greens & Bacon (Arnold's Farm)
Local veggies needed: Collard Greens, Onions
Serve w : Baked Scalloped Potatoes

Day 7: Beef Barley Soup (O'Toole Farm)
Local veggies needed: Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes, Green Beens, Cabbage
Bonus: Fennel Sauce
Local veggies needed: Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Fennel, Basil
Serve w: Lasagna or Pasta. Optional: Sausage (Arnold's Farm)
